Refund and Return Policy

At Danish Jewellers®, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for such cases.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and process the exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.
