1. DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY SERVICES?

 Not at the moment but maybe in future.

2. DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?                           

We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place their orders directly on our website or via whatsapp.

3. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE THE ORDER?

No, you do not need to have an account to shop on. Once you place your order you will receive your order confirmation and shipping details on your email id. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us to track your order, avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.

4. DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER THE WORLD?

Yes, we do deliver all over the world. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through best courier service.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

The delivery time varies from city to city. Once the order is placed we ship it out within 3-4 working days and it will take 5-7 working days for it to get delivered to you depending on your location.

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed from our website you will receive an order confirmation email. The order will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, you will get the tracking details in your email from which you can use the link or AWB number to track your order on the courier partner's website. 7. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

It is possible to change the address or phone number before the order is shipped out. Once shipped, it is not possible to change the address or phone number. Pls call us or email us at danish1810@hotmail.com to inform us about such a situation.

8. I PLACED AN ORDER TWICE?

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately at danish1810@hotmail.com. We will cancel one of your orders and refund the amount back to the payment method you used when placing your order.

9. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER. HOW DO I RETURN?

Danish Jewellers offers a 3-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently raise a return/exchange request for any item within 3 days from the date of delivery.

10. I AM MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event where you are missing an item from your order please immediately drop us a mail at danish1810@hotmail.com. and our support team will get back to you asap to help you resolve the issue.

 11. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery, please write to us at danish1810@hotmail.com along with your order number and we shall take care of it.

12. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE?

For shopping with ease, our website offers you several payment options that are safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit / debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. You can also use our PayPal gateway to complete your transaction in case you are an international customer.
